This booking is valid subject to clearance of booking cheque

Customer has to complete the agreement within 15 days from the date of signing Booking form, else the reservation stands cancelled

Payment Policy

Customer must pay the balance amount as per the payment schedule

Customer has to bear expenses relating to stamp duty, registration, taxes, incidental charges, and any deposits to be made to the Govt. bodies, service taxes applicable if any

For the projects developed & marketed by HNHL, the elevation, layout, design, amenities and facilities mentioned/ shown in advertisements are indicative and may be subject to change/ relocation within the overall composite develoment without any notice and at the sole discretion of the Developer. Stock subject to availability and at the sole discretion of the developer

Refund Policy

The amount paid towards booking is non-refundable, if the customer cancels the booking.

The agreement format drafted by the company is final and it cannot be altered

Booking amount is not refundable

All measurements are subject to minor variations without specific or general notice

Customer is advised to exercise discretion and perform adequate due diligence before signing any legal contracts or agreements. HNHL, its affiliates and employees shall not be held liable for any loss or damage

The Company reserves the right to reject any booking received, in such case booking amount will be refunded

The Company shall not be held responsible for any consequences due to acts of nature or force majeure

Changes in payment schedule will not be entertained

Transfer fees will be applied as applicable

Tax shall be deducted as per applicable laws.
