In order to ensure compliance with U.S. Department of Justice regulations on bulk sensitive data, the University of Michigan Library has blocked access to all files on Deep Blue Data and Deep Blue Documents from locations that the regulation defines as “Countries of Concern”: China (including Hong Kong and Macau), Russia, Iran, North Korea, Venezuela, and Cuba.
